Supplier Portal Guides & Resources

The American Heart Association (AHA) is transitioning to a new Supplier Portal, hosted through Oracle Cloud. Our previous Supplier Portal, hosted through GEP, retired on June 30, 2026 and is no longer accessible to suppliers. Our expected launch date for the new Supplier Portal is July 27, 2026.

The new Supplier Portal will continue to serve as a secure, self-service platform enabling our suppliers with enhanced capabilities including:

  • Register & maintain a Supplier Profile with all information the AHA needs to pay you/your organization
  • View Purchase Orders issued to you/your organization for purchasing products/services
  • Submit Invoices to the AHA
  • View Payment Status
  • Participate in opportunities to bid for new AHA business
